Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Outfitr ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Outfitr is an AI-powered wardrobe management and virtual try-on platform that allows users to organize their clothing, generate outfit combinations, visualize how outfits look on themselves using AI, and plan travel wardrobes. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process images and generate recommendations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Outfitr. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload images of minors or individuals without their consent
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, sexually explicit, or illegal content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Abuse, harass, or harm others through the Service
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

Content Ownership and Rights

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading content, you grant Outfitr a limited license to process, store, and display your images solely for providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Generated try-on images and outfit suggestions are provided for your personal use. All intellectual property rights in our Service, including our AI technology, remain with Outfitr.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Virtual try-on results and outfit suggestions are AI-generated approximations and may not be 100% accurate. Colors, fit, and appearance may vary from actual garments. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy and are not responsible for purchasing decisions based on AI-generated results.

Third-Party Services

Outfitr relies on third-party services to deliver our platform, including AI processing providers, cloud infrastructure, and authentication services. By using Outfitr, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these services as necessary to provide the Service. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of Outfitr require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to our billing terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store). Refunds are subject to the applicable platform's refund policy.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:

• Your account and profile data will be permanently deleted
• All uploaded images and try-on results will be permanently deleted
• All remaining credits or entitlements will be forfeited

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outfitr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
